To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
- Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

- Refunds for services not yet rendered may be requested in writing
- We reserve the right to suspend services for outstanding balances
4. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
- Promptly respond to requests for documents or clarification
- Notify us of any material changes in financial or family circumstances
- Use our platform and resources solely for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform
5. Limitation of Liability
ultrawealthtrust Trust provides advisory and planning services. Please note the following limitations:
- We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service at issue
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Tax outcomes may vary; we recommend consulting a licensed CPA for tax matters
- Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar outcomes for you
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and tools provided on the ultrawealthtrust Trust platform are protected by intellectual property law:
- All website content, guides, and templates are owned by ultrawealthtrust Trust
- Clients may use provided documents solely for their personal estate planning
- No content may be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission
- Client-specific documents prepared for you remain your property upon full payment
- Unauthorized use of our brand or materials is strictly prohibited
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service relationship under the following conditions:
- Clients may terminate services with 30 days' written notice
- We may terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion
- Upon termination, client documents will be returned or transferred as agreed
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service relationship
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law and the following dispute resolution process:
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York
- Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
- Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted in New York, New York
- Class action waiver: disputes must be brought on an individual basis
9. Changes to These Terms
ultrawealthtrust Trust reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered clients of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may terminate your engagement in accordance with Section 7 above.
